Located in Newton County, Georgia, Denny Dobbs Park is comprised of approximately 52 acres. jB+a was commissioned to develop a master plan and construction documents specifically
geared toward community park facilities.

Total buildout of the park will include practice fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, a lawn court area
which will include bocce and horseshoes, three playgrounds to accommodate various age groups, a 22.5 acre disc golf course, a large 2.5 acre irrigated lawn for unstructured play, group paviliion and multi-use trail with life fitness stations.

The park will be built out in a series of phases. Phase I construction will present the practice fields, two of the three playgrounds, the group paviliion, the basketball courts, and the multi-use trail with life fitness stations to the community.
