braly soccer park

Braly Park is an existing Paulding County Park located at the County Recreation headquarters just outside Dallas, GA. The park was first developed as a Baseball Park and included several baseball diamonds, a concession / scoring building and several roughly defined parking areas. Responding to the increasing popularity of soccer the county decided to convert three of the baseball diamonds to a soccer complex. Rather than request construction bids the county chose to self perform the work. jB+a was commissioned to provide initial site planning to include large open areas that could be configured to accommodate up to eight fields. In addition to the fields jB+a provided conceptual grading and layout for paved parking, walkways, a new concession facility and landscaping throughout the newly converted park areas. In the field jB+a assisted with the layout of the parking and walks and continue to be available for assistance as the county implements the plans.
