River Ridge is a 300 unit apartment community located in Canton, Georgia northwest of Atlanta. The plan features twelve buildings with a parkway entrance, a clubhouse / leasing office and an amenity area. The amenity area is centered around a 1700 s.f. swimming pool with a umbrella spray feature for the children. The front of the clubhouse features a plaza and fountain. A meandering nature trail connects the amenity area with the sidewalk system. Several playground areas are sited throughout the development to allow for a variety of activities simultaneously. Decorative fencing and stone piers run along the frontage, and a decorative entry gate with limited access helps to secure the site.
