This senior living community, located north of Atlanta, is home to a mixture of single family, multi-family and commercial uses. The 36 acre site provides a variety of housing needs for homeowners and renters that are more than 55 years of age. In the central club building, neighbors can join together over meals, recreation, exercise and community services. Outside, a series of walks and trails connect the homes, as well as all of the site's amenities. The amenities include swimming, tennis, plaza space, clubs, outdoor sports and playgrounds for children. The community is configured around a central drive which provides easy access for vehicles and pedestrian to the various neighborhoods with the community.
