The Arbors at Crabapple is a new Senior Living Facility in the upscale suburban community of Crabapple near Roswell. Situated on 7.4 acres, the new facility will
provide 75,000 square feet of assisted living space with 115 new beds. The development is geared towards career adults in the area who desire to have quality elderly care for their parents in close proximity to their homes. The site includes a 1.1 acre outparcel designated for a Bank branch and 2.5 acres of the site is preserved open space. The building footprint is situated strategically on the site to preserve a large quantity of mature hardwoods. A stream traverses a corner of the property and contributes to the calming natural undertones the site provides. Two ammenity gardens, one for Alzheimer
patients, and one for Senior Living Residents, are planned as part of the development. This is the first of many Senior Living Developments for this client in the metropolitan Atlanta area and the surrounding suburbs.
