This senior living community, located north of Atlanta, is home to a mixture of single family, multi-family, and commercial uses. The 25-acre site provides a variety of housing needs for active homeowners and renters that are more than 55 years of age. In the central club building, neighbors can join together over meals, recreation, exercise and community services. Outside, a series of walks and trails connect the homes as well as all of the site's amenities. The amenities include swimming, plazas, clubs, outdoor sports and playgrounds for children. The community is configured around a central drive which provides easy access for vehicles and a pedestrian corridor to the community center.
