The Madison medical office building, on Mt. Vernon Road in Dunwoody, includes the development of a 10,000 square foot Georgian style dental office facility. The one-acre site is located on one of the last undeveloped sites within the in Dunwoody Community Overlay District and surrounded by existing residential development. jB+a provided initial tree protection and replacement plans and assisted in getting a variance to the Dekalb County Tree Ordinance and a reduction in the required parking, which helped our client Dudley Barrett. jB+a also provided final landscape plans for construction.
