Located on the corner of Jones Bridge Road and Medlock Bridge Road in north Fulton County, the 60,000 square foot retail center is the first component of a mixed use development. The site development of the project includes the integration of a sidewalk and landscape strip meeting the Jones Bridge overlay design guidelines and the Fulton County landscape strip requirements. The retail center itself includes two restaurant tenants with outdoor dining areas. In addition to the preparation of tree replacement plans jB+a prepared final planting plans that integrated large container plantings that are located throughout the center.
