Jefffson Business Park consists of retail, office, warehouse, distribution, multi-family, hotel, restaurant and hotel uses. The master plan cover a 283 acre site north of Atlanta in Jefferson. Located off Interstate 85, a new Toyota plant will spur growth in this area. The park is designed to provide spaces to companies who support the automobile industry and the new manufacturing facility. Preservation of more than 45 acres of wetlands on the site are included in the design. Wherever possible, areas with streams and drainage ways have been made into amenities for the facilites. jB+a provided master planning services for the development.
