Crossville Village is a 20+ year old retail center located in the heart of Roswell, Georgia. jB+a worked with MB properties to redevelop the property. The Crossville Village plan included a rezoning of the property, as well as a complete renovation of the building façade and redesign of the parking lot to provide for an additional out parcel tenant. During the variance process jB+a worked with members of the Roswell City Council to creatively save many of the existing large trees in the parking lot by increasing parking lot island sizes and introducing understory trees to create diversity.
