The City of Wrightsville, Georgia purchased 100 acres just outside of town for a new business park. jB+a provided master planning services which included programming, the development of the initial land plan for the park, and concepts for the look of the entrance signage and landscape. jB+a coordinated with the local GDOT district office in setting the location of the main entry and other points of ingress to the site. The plan exhibits a mixed-use program, with a retail complex, a technical college satellite campus along the frontage, a site for future city government offices in the center and light industrial sites to the rear.
